19 hours ago Last day of a three day Westerly blitz. Less today than Tuesday's first wind, and much less than yesterday.. Yesterday, the Westerly was blowing Max 30 to 35kts. Today, lucky to get a maximum of 13 to 17kts. Many lulls, dropping down to 5 or 8kts.
Decided to try the 'lee' side of the Sandbank today. Some reasonable runs, but the wind was too inconsistent, and void or near nothing in behind King Island.
Joined by Kevin, Davo and a few Wingers. Plenty of kiters out again today.
