Short and very cold session with Boz down at Boombas. Started out on the CA48 SPD + 25cm Tribal SpWd, 5.6 Loft RB then switched over to Windtech 57 SB before wind dropped out. Boz & Ant headed over to Coods for a look to see what happened if/when it swung to NW or W a bit later. Too cold to join them for a second session. Long hot bath was way more enticing!

Dawn patrol with Dan and wrap me in Cotton Wool Ant, was cold to the point no feeling in feet and hands, Dan was keen and thanks for the loan of the change room Van, bloody awesome. Tide not too bad but wind was shifty from NE to N to NW, best runs at Boombas, Ant rocked up but not enthused with the cold so we wrapped him in cotton wool and sent him of to Coods, we followed shortly after. Coods was too NE but the swing came in all too brief, didn't have time to get up to the magic spot so played in the chop, Shroom joined ant they should have some decent numbers with the squall that came through whiloe they were iin the spot. Nice to sail with the boyze and Rob from the Mob with Shroom tagging along, brave fella wasn't warm today, some visitors Gloria and Waricle but not tempted enough to go for a sail.

Bit to nippy at Boombas. Dan and Boz were doing well. Opted for a warmer Coods with Rob and Shroom and Boz for a double session. Bit of a slow start for the wind to swing at coods but looked promising with a dark mass soon to hit so went straight to the play pen with the shroom. Ended up not much in it and the usual standing around waiting and waiting set in. Eventually got rewarded with some real power for a solid run. Shld have called it after that as only scraps left .And a long walk back. Well done Shroom braving it and giving it a good go,pretty scary when the lightning was near by :O Powerd by the 6.3 Avanti,53 Patrick,22 ws.
