BOGANSLICE (1409km): ![]() Boggy WSW 25 + knots rough as guts Started my birthday weekend early as no time to sail this weekend. Crazy enough I arrived to bog, and shit was crazy 25+ knots half a metre swell, choppy as fook. Lucky I bought small gear, so small board and small sail. Few runs was tuning as it's still a new board sail and fin. ( Hectic ) But this is why I like bog, is because you get time to learn and tune your gear. Once I got it right it was GoPro and push time, very happy to get a 35.6 in that chop, but also felt like I was going to die lol Anyways getting used to the Patrik 90 defi, (slowly) god it's fast Also the old ka speed concept sail is actually amazing and fin was epic Patrick 90, ka speed 5.4, atomic 38 ( never used such a small pointer in 12 years)

Nobody here except us chickens (13171km): ![]() Semaphore South, SA, AU. B&J session. An incident with a kiter. He dropped his kite in front of me out the back and I ended up in his strings. I had to ditch my gear to have two hands to stop the strings going on my neck and head. Very panicky !. After he relaunched, I was left out the back in a bad state. Two kiters rescued me and my gear. Without them, I would have drowned I think. So, a big thank you to them. The algae is pretty bad. Beach foaming. South buster. +30kt SW. | ||||||||||||||||||
