Super rough with the full tide, but really enjoyed it... feel like I'm starting to get it dialled on the foil... now I just need some flatter water to put it all together! Great to be out with the usual Wello crew! Hope they have a good session when the bank comes out. Pulled the pin early as I was pretty stuffed after doing gym this morning not knowing it would be that good.

Manly 140 Naish / 5.5 Duo / 1100 Aero glide High tide slop. Wind keep building as was tide. To tired to bother with fin in afternoon.

Didn't quite workout sailing with busted ribs and not resisting hitting a decent ramp and crashing didn't help.  Conditions were perfect when I came in, good to see a decent crew about and Jemo make a reappearance.

Wellington Point, QLD, AU Northerly which swung around to the North-NorthWest for most of the afternoon. Very lumpy on a huge tide with sailing straight over the sandbank. Rigged for foil initially, but Roland came in from his foil session to change down from a 7.0 to 6.2m2, so decided was enough for a fin. Slapper session with conditions improving around 3pm. First try of the new P.7 6.1m2 sail today. Tribal 98L Point.7 6.1m2 MFC 34 ws

Northly that kept filling in with a distant weather system coming in from Ipswich. Couldn’t get comfy today on the kit kept wanting to pull me fwd over the handlebars. Still, good to have the wind and the crew down. Wellington Point, QLD, AU 7.7 north

Lake Cootharaba, stubbonly stayed a gusty holey NNW all afternoon, gear was a bit small since expected wind to swing and pick up. finally had to come in and change from CA 112 to the much wider 117 isonic which was much better to keep going consistently.

Very rough and windy toward to end sessions today, did a few runs to wello and back waiting for tide to drop, then got a few runs in at wello, was good but a bit north and a few kiters. Good to try a smaller board and fin setup - Exocet 90 and tribal g10 33cm (thanks Clive for lending me the fin) Severne Mach 3 7m

Excellent numbers Rolz, not easy to do with the high tide

Good figures for a foil Roland especially in such lumpy seas.
