Nice blast in the sun with Snickers, Slowy and SRS73...Conditions were the best ever for Melville, was well over powered..first run was 33kts then scored one lucky gust early on which led to Melville PB and 2nd fastest 2Sec ever for me...tried for Alphas but was spinning out all the time and needed to change down so called it quits to live another day.. Should be some crazy speeds posted today by the real sailors...iSonic97, 7mSvR8, FF22(18)

Got down there at 3:30 and it looked proper windy, so I busted out the 5.8 Koncept, cos my 6.0 Phantom is toast.
Paired with the 460 wing it was a great combo.
Junky chop in the middle of the river, so I missioned up to the Melville Flats to chase some speed.
Scored some nice gusts for three consecutive 28.5K peaks, and then I jagged a 29.1 peak. It was starting to fade after that, so I made my way downwind.
Great sesh. The 5x10 is a foil PB, so well happy. It was pretty gusty, but I managed to line up a few good ones

Perfect water conditions today but again the wind was the only fault, for me at least. Felt like it was windier on every upwind run and a cruise going down wind. Still great company and warm sunny conditions. Gee whizz if only another 5 to 8 knts of wind it would have been epic. Think I say this after every sesh at Coods recently. One day it’ll happen 🤔

Looked good when I got there. Was going to rig 8.7m but there were some solid bullets coming through. First run was my fastest then the wind changed and got gusty. Missed the best of it by ~30 minutes. There were some strong gusts there but ridiculously short, and hard to catch. I wasted a bunch of opportunities being out of sync with the gusts... and missing them by "that much". Good to share with Jim, Scott, Col and Ben- and the Kelf's are back again!
