Wind never came in, rigged too small and sailed the whole session with a broken batten so no shape in the sail...d'oh. Lots of usual suspects out there tho.

Diablo (2024km):
86 days ago First up sail on my Patrik Slalom 130. I made the wrong board call, the wind gusts picked up as soon as I got on the water and the board just wanted to fly (and not in a good way). Rusty technique did not help. After a few runs that reminded me of the last time I had food poisoning (where I struggled to keep things down AND not $hit my pants) I went back to the beach to switch boards. Things were much better with the Severne Mega 73 (I kept the same rig).
No great speeds today, spent most of it running across the wind. Long forgotten skills slowly coming back, getting the board on the plane faster and easier than I was last week.
