Slowboat (52566km):

Same gear again 111/63W rapid, 7.7m, but this time I got to try my new 26cm asy fin. Its starboard tack fin, so was nice coming in and no problems upwind. Was pretty gusty and I was quite consistent at being on the wrong tack when they came through. Got a few but not enough juice to get lit up for long enough, and the tide was making things more choppy. I swapped to a 32cm pointer later and that railed the board a bit easier in the chop. No faster though. Hopefully tomorrow I can get powered up... 7.7 is getting a workout hahaha. Good times with friends- beers and cheers. Such an awesome place to sail. Did a few more Ks than usual today, having too much fun.
