2 hours ago Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU. Patrik 120, KArace 6.3, Pepe 23. this kit was pretty sweet at getting through the holes, and surviving wet pillow hits. As in, you’d be going along, then the sail would warble and stop like it was hit with a wet pillow. I saw Mitch have a good dismount due to this.
Later it picked up so i thought i better try the CA92 with 23 carbon weed as it was getting hard to get into the straps on the 120.
Got it lit up pretty good on some gusts i thought, only to see 0.5 of a kt faster than the 120. Bummer not faster, but a great few days sailing.
The usual crew plus Baz and James on a road trip up for some Budgy.
Day 3 for this trip,got my moneys worth. I’ve dont' need to do the maths, i know it's still cheap fun. Think i can go home now.
