Day 4: By far the best session yet. Ventured back to the same spot as day 1 (northern most bay next to shell beach). Thanks Doddi for the tip and directions. Awesome spot! Best thing is no weed, can run a pointer,  not tide dependent and works in a SE or SW.

Started out on the Windtech 50 on which I got my best numbers, then after 20kms switched to the FMX 98. Absolutely loving this new board. Very soft feel and nice and quick and controlled. Spent the rest of the session on this. Was running a tribal 33 Sym Speed. Lovely combo. There was a small channel on eastern side of the bay where I got buzzed by a juvenile dolphin. Great to see that. 

Now I'm about to tuck into a feed at the local pub, lemon pepper squid and a shandy. Life doesn't get much better than this! Shame no one else up here to share the stoke. Next time Flex!
