CR5.6, Sonic85, 28Falcon. Quick cameo at Melville. Never got settled (probably never going to in such a short session!). Over powered a little so mucked around with outhaul and harness lines - probably stuffed the settings up for next time I sail Frown

Was going to go for a play in the waves at Lano, but had a change of plans after Jesper decided to play with the power tools first Sealed.

Mostly just sailing across the wind today... struggled to get too into it today as my legs are still protesting from the gym yesterday.

I know Boggie....  you know the address for the cement delivery.

Nice alpha windrider.

F2 SX Medium, NP RSSIII 7.0, JP 36cm pointer.

Great day at melville some flat water for some runs and I think I have maxed out this fin on this combo.

Very happy person to be back  in the water and so many friends down the beech.

Nauli (21777km):

Redline 7.0; iSonic 105; Choco 34

Nice session though a bit gusty at times. Had a big crash on my first downwinder, so that dented the confidence for a while, but stoked to see PB's Laughing Fooolly SIK

F2 SX 90L with KA Koyote 5.9M & a damaged Choco weed speed 28cm

Spent a lot of time tuning the gear and bashing through crazy chop out the back

Hard to commit in the gybes in such rough chop

Futura 101, Lightning 5.4 & Choco 32 - Nice to be on the water after an eternity (8 days!) on land. This combo is still not working for me - Annie suggested a smaller board, I like her thinking! Laughing

Nice PBs guys!

6.6 TR4, 86 Isonic, 30 choco.  Good blast at Melville, with a few runs up at Pt Walter. Very gusty, hard work thru the lulls, still good fun.

Thanks Annika. I don't feel like I should get too excited with the alpha. Just means there was one gybe that I didn't kook! It was a whole 0.15 knots quicker than my previous PB. If only I could improve the entry speed, maintain speed through the turn, accelerate quickly out, combined with a good rig flip - that should see me really improve!

YellCan someone PLEASE let the tyres down on the Kite van that took up 4 spaces of parking...I am at home bitterly disappointed that I couldnt find a park ANYWHERE - Road or inside car park - at 5.45pm.  Spat the dummy and went home.  I figure if he wants four spots for his trailer and 4wd he should at least stay overnight!!!!!!!Cry

Well done on the PBs!

Tracy P, yep thats the effort...

I wasnt alone in searching for a spot.  Another guy in a blue falcon ute was also searching - I don't know if he had any luck.  I did think about the lawn and so on...but with all the council issues and not wanting to screw it up for everyone else by annoying locals who walk and ride around the area etc etc etc I decided to fall on my sword and go home.  I too drive a troopy...so its not a 4wd thing.  Just a pity that his advertising is actually producing a negative effect rather than a positive image.

Worst part is, the clown was half a km down in the park flying trainer kites, he wasn't even in the water.

Buggered if I know why he can't park down there on the side of the road.

Wonder if he's got a permit to carry out his business in the park?Wink

Coupla phone calls tomorrowSurprised
