4962 days ago shimuni, one hour slalom, rain and gusty wind, we were late for start, took wrong 35 fin and boom with too small harness lines which results with spinouts and one nice flying over equipment, after changed for another boom was late for race, anyway nice weekend

My first race, didnt wake up at time, prepare, worm up, understand rules, had smaller equipment with me, know where are bow, (didnt se it in distance because rain and some others bow in distance behind, on return bow I though it will stay wos removed), as I strugle to ride on too much wind, it wos imposiblle to me to to take some speed because than I had to flirt with chop/waves, and for thath I didnt have power, so I decided to go minimum speed and do as much I can, but all power wos completly gone after 10 minutes of ride, rest of race I tried to take some rest, setup equipment, and try to make at least 2 circle, and dont fall dawn at bow and be troublle for other people. I circle around bow 50 meters away, but wind and curent allways bringed me to bow back, so, I wos trouble for others, sorry guys and girls :(
Next time I will go away 100 m :)
Also, because I wos 3 min on board and 10 in water, GPS did record only first race ride.
15 minutes after race wind droped and I finally wormed up and made some ride, this time more near to coast with splendid surface conditions, les wind , with ocasionally gusts, the way I like it.
It wos really great to try to participate in race with best of you guys, thx to organization team who made this event spectacular, I'm really sorry that you have so big misluck with weather, at end it wos great but for sure a mass of people didnt came because bad/unperedictable forecast.
