Super cold and way too early with a pretty poor fun-pain ratio. Got there bang on 5.55am and couldn't even see the water.  Wind approx 15-25 knots.

Speed course was a bit of a waste of time with the wind having too much west in it and not enough punch. All good traing for Sandy Point though.

Late start, 12pm bang on high tide. Choppy speed runs. 20-25kts at Sandringham. Fun day!

6am early morning start down at Sandringham, Botany Bay. It was freezing! Gusts from 15-25kts SW. Sam, Rick and the guys were also out. Made it upwind to the speed bank only to find that the wind was too broad. 2 sec PB. Woo Hoo.

JP Slalom III 89, KA Koncept 5.8, 32cm Goldwing.

St George Sailing Club, 6am, 1 hour sleep after watching the Olymplcs.

Cold 15-25 knot SSW. Wind direction was'nt right for the sandbar.1 good run there though.

Sam did the sacrifice and left so the wind would come up. What a guy.

Drops SX 8'10" Slalom, NP RS Racing 6.2, Tectonics F-1 30.

Well done on the pb David. I wondered why you weren't out today, but you'd already cracked 31knots before I was even awake!

talk about suffering for your craft!!

Great effort David, I hope you're looking forward to raising that pb by 5 more knots down at SP.

Nice work too Sam and Rick, should vault the cockies up the board a few spots!

Sorry I couldn't be there but I'll be back on the water soon.
