Jet (3571km): mandurah marathon,Thanks guys for a great day out. rigged a bit small, thought it was going to pick up. finished midfield (just behind chris lockwood), so I wasn't the only one. isonic 76, 6.5 overdrive, 30 weed. cant wait for the mandurah drags. | ||||||||||||||||||
Bertie (913km): Hardies for the marathon. RSS MKIII 7.0, JP Slalom IV 60cm, JP slalom2 30cm. Whent real well in the marathon. maybe top ten or twelve at a guess out of 32ish ppl. Board was great, however should have used 32 or 34 cm fins. found heading back upwind pretty hard work.
After the race stole Elmos JP Slalom VI 65cm and whent for a blast to claudesville(i think, maybe thats even further away!) with the muppet. Such a comfortable board with the 10deg 38cm pointer. Very nice ride.
Thanks again for organising the event Hardie!
