Sailed at Safety beach on the wave kit today, one of the better days in the bay Ive had for a while.

Looking forward to seeing the numbers from the guys that went to Inverloch and Sandy point.

Starboard Evo 83, Np 4.5 Combat.

Great speed session with JAK at Sandy. Improved my top speed quite a bit Smile. Lots of the other teams there. Too much W and a couple of holes made sailing back to the start a pain in the ... to almost impossible, so unfortunately I regularly joined the long march. Actually I have never walked that much during a windsurf session Smile.

Great day at Sandy Point with Sebastian, all conditions lined up niceley, early SW turning to WSW most of the time sometimes more W in squalls. Low tide early afternoon, quite windy when we started, eased off a bit later and then even more at the end of the session at around 3pm. Some walking involved as Seb stated, but could sail back from the middle of the strip. Most runs were with the Tabou Rocket, then I took the Banana out for the last run for the best 2 sec of the day but could not improve since the wind dropped off. Great to be in control in these conditions, the Banana went almost effortless over the smooth strip. Also happy that I gave the 5.7m Saber another lease of life, stickers all over the other older panels for protection, but it remains my fastest sail so far. Took the helmet camera, will edit the clips today and post the link.

Neil Pryde Saber 5.7m, Boards: Tabou Rocket 105, 32cm Freeride Fin, then final run with TSA 82L Wave Board 28cm wave fin

Sounds like you had a good day Jerry. Nice distance there.

I ended up at inverloch getting reaqainted with the Kode - it's been ages. Didn't end up wearing the gps prefering to concentrate on just having fun.

Great work Seb some nice PB's for you, as you found out ther can be a bit of walking involved at sandy point but PB's make it worth it!

Hey Jak glad to hear that the saber is still holding for you! Well done on the numbers too.

Well done guys! Nice pb's Seb!

Sorry I missed your call Jak. Got caught up in the rush to get on the water and forgot to call you with my plans (and staying at Inverloch for the day). Sounds like you guys didn't miss me anyway CryLaughing

Congrats on the PBs Seb, you surely took off fast, tried to catch up with the helmet camera on but the iffy wind at the start of the strip threw me into the water.

No probs Evan, looks you guys had good conditions there too judging on Busters Mick & Andrew's posts.
