Golden Beach, QLD, AU  wsw wind didnt last long as overpowered.  6.4 koncept too big, board and fin all too much in the gusts couldnt be bothered changing down as didnt want to have 2 swims back to shore! very off shore in this direction.  If I still had my wave board may have joined the crew at the bar today looked good over there.

Early sess at Wello amongst the stones and chop, just got comfy on the board then the wind dropped. On the way home called into Hays inlet for some flat water

Burrum Heads, QLD, AU    111 exocet 6.7  severne overdrive . First time use of new sails. Finaly a sail that rotates without any effort at all. Great low down grunt, light handling and plenty of top end. Great session with Geoff,Hooray Darryl and Dart. Great new spot for wsw.

Nice speeds Kari, not much of a backup from down here so far, thought it might be ok up there today. Did Rudi sail up there today?

Very nice speeds Haggar.

I thought I would  give GB a go and it does seem ok apart from the swim out and back from the wind lineFrown.  Would be ok if it was SW but it kept swinging WSW not really worth it but since I have never ever tried in that direction thought I would give it a try.  One other person out on 6.5 going ok

Great speed Haggar!!!! (not so sure about Hay's Inlet though...) I tried to get a sail over at Pelican park but by the time I hit the water it was gusting 10-30 and was just impossible on a 4.5. Did just two runs and called it quits.

Hey Ragnar, actually Hays inlet was in pretty good shape yesterday, once I checked out the banks I was OK with the safety aspect. It is pretty gusty in their, so you just have to take some luck with the gusts. Only a place for 2 sec peaks..........
