Stony Island Slicks, XFire 90, Koncept 5.8, BPF WS 28/23.5. Gusty and not as windy as hoped for. A bit of a late start, outgoing tide, and diminishing winds kept the session under 2 hours. Could have used a bigger sail. Still, very nice to sail some chitter-chatter water again.

Falcon 99, Koncept 5.0, Vector WS 25. 2nd time ever in a seat harness. Hated the stupid plastic harness lines, which seemed magnetically attracted to the sail. Had a hard time saiing back upwind and ended up walking a lot. Rainy and cold in the morning, a bit nicer when we stopped.

Stony Island Slick (Nauset Speed Slick) has some great potential in a NNE wind. Unfortunately the forecast was way off, and we found ourselves waiting for puffs. This is the best spot for speed on the east coast.... if the stars line up just right. Peter Nina and I spent a couple of hours on the water, half of it standing, but still laid down a few decent runs in the crap conditions. We've paid our dues, we are owed a good day soon! Please!
