George (32558km): ![]() Sans Souci, NSW, AU. 22-30 SSE i101/Koncept 5.8/33 Select Struggled a bit in the chop, but also exciting runs bearing off on the rolling swell. Too overpowered to jibe. Sparky and Artur were there, a real team day !

6.2m RS Slalom III, 84L JP Slalom IV, 19cm Maui Delta Slalom This is what being self-employed is all about. Took the afternoon off and enjoyed the best conditions I've seen at Sandringham - blue skies, plenty of wind, and a super-low tide giving us a big patch of flat, shallow water for 3 hours. Awesome! The delta fin was of course pretty perilous out in the middle so I stayed close to the sandbar most of the time -very close in fact! Even when I did scrape the bottom or surprise some oysters, the shallow rake of the fin meant it was no drama. Needs a bit of sanding now but a price worth paying for doing 30 knots in 20cm of water... Good to catch up with Georgio and Artur - team day out..! | ||||||||||||||||||
