Kalmus, Cape Cod. Worked on duck tacks and had a blast. Open palm mitts were plenty warm for me even though temperatures were near freezing. Overpowered on Manic 4.5, Skate 100. Great fun until I got catapulted into the sail. Must have hit it with the elbow first - the elbow hurts now, and the sail has a big hole, even though it was an HD sail. Real bummer, that was my favorite sail! But who knows - the Idol that will replace it is supposed to be even better for freestyle.

Great winter session at Kalmus. Air around 2 C, water a bit colder, but sunny and nice, steady SW winds around 22 knots. Still not used again to the cold, my hands hurt a bit a couple of times even though I used the tubes in my Ianovated suit a lot. But the water state was just about perfect around low tide - fun little waves to play, flat spots in between, only Nina and I on the water. Great day!
