A last sail with Matt for a while and it was hoot. Wind was on for a change and the tide was racing in for the morning session. Stuck with the 7.5 for a while until I saw Matt was having way too much fun on the smaller gear, I was also getting a bit smashed  so onto something a bit smaller and faster. Had a play out in the surf where Matt spent more time in the air than on the water pulling off a few forwards on the isonic.  Great (wave/slalom/speed board) Came back to the main bar for some nice flat water and ramps at the end for some nice long floaty jumps. Missed a few jybes as I found out where the water ends and the shore starts but no damage.  A bit cold in the end as I think top temp was 11deg but a geat sail.
