Fun in the Sun...and the rain, wind..no wind...cold, warm. Very confused mother nature out there today.

Great to be out with Mark, JJ and Tim with quite a good crowd of regulars too.

Tim tried the ventillation method with his sail and i thought i'd better join in too so i just snapped a batten instead.

Been a while.

Picked the wrong part of the day and spent most of it underpowered only really getting going at the end.

Great to catch up with some of the team and thanks to JJ for the loan of a board and fin

On the water at 11 - super gusty to start but filled in a little as the day went on.

Mostly used the Kode so I could figure out if I still need the M91 - M91 is more planted, easier to sail and about 1.5 knots faster.

Both boards a bit small for a decent NM in the gusty condtions Frown

Great to catch up with everyone after a break wavesailing Cool

Another gusty NorWester along with some bumpy lumpy conditions. Just when the 6.4 sail started to feel powered up a clumsy dismount ended with a torn sail panel. Amazingly the sail felt nicely lit up heading back to the carpark and pack it in. Good catch up with some of the more regulars along with the rarely seen JJ and Mark.

Melville , Mistral 112, KA 5.5 race.

Late afternoon shift for me, not a lot of people out. Sail was great but would have appreciated some sort of "off switch" in the gust. It just seems to turn downwind and power up without you necessarily wanting it to Smile

Tim was only pinna still around (that I saw) but good to see a few of the other regulars. Good fun but packed it in before I hurt myself or broke something.

Nice work, team. Terrific to see JJ and Lao turn up to lend a hand, and good to see they haven't forgotten how to go fast. Sorry I missed catching up with you guys.

Well done Lunny on beating the nm king with the top river naughty of the day. A 30 knot nm must have been quite exciting through all that chop. Beautiful alpha too.

Sorry I couldn't join you today. It looked like a pretty nice day out there, the little I got to see through the window. It was well after dark by the time I got out.
