2675 days ago My last sail before making the sacrifice for the team for the next week. I went out for a cruise on the Barge, Duct Tape 7.5 and FatFangy 20. The winds were a bit too light for the 7.5 but it was an nice relaxing cruise, chasing the odd chop line across the estuary. The sandy bay over near Yunderup was absolutely gorgeous, crystal clear with only lightly coloured sand. The only problem was getting there. Xmas holidays for every power boatie with no idea, meant crossing the channel was far more dangerous than it needed to be. Forget power gives way to sail, it was 'Might is Right' After one very close call, I decided to just stay away from the channel.
I was about to call it quits when Tugger turned up. I stayed out for a few more runs but eventually I just ran out of go go juice. Exhausted but with a sailing free week ahead...Mobbers make sure you get out, carve it up and do the breezes justice!

finally got a halfway decent bit of wind
good to sail with john,noel,henry and stretch and what seemed to be about fifty million kiters.
used a 102 rrd x fire with a 28 mxr ufo and a carbon art sp50 with a 25 vector ws
and a 7.0 severne R6.
