JJ (25827km):  South Fremantle, WA Unexpected 15 to 18 knots at about 2.30 - unusually large swells near the port entrance. Felt a big wind switch off coming on the way back but didn't quite make it - so a nice 300m swim - I couldn't sail upwind near the wall in 0 to 5 knots of wind Rescue helicopter must have thought I was drowning so buzzed me for about 10 minutes - embarrassing but thankful they are around. | Kenny (16394km): Pinnaroo Point, WA, AU Not much wind anywhere except Ocean Reef so decded to go to the Pinnaroo's home turf. Some fun drag racing with the speedster Boz. A but more swell today than usual and a lot of weed floating around. A more heavily raked fin would have been better. The wind dropped off suddenly and changed easterly.
