Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU

I think I went windsurfing today?? First sail in 2 and 1/2 months and I was so rusty. Cant wait for my cortisone shots next week. Tried to gybe but either got stuck in weed or couldnt hold on. Just doing runs with pit stops at each end. But gee it felt good to be planing and in the straps!!

Very underpowered except for a good 20 minutes or so and the 7.0 was nice. The weed is so thick it feels like its slowing the board. But just such flat water, amazing!!! Hard slog back when the wind swung. Heaps out but spread out. Good to catch up with everyone.

Good to catch up with you Rick. You could try a 40 degree BP WS. I cut a 26 down to 22 and it works great at Primbee.

Lyds Winter West or WSW SW ... Cnr Lakeview Rd and Bundah Place, Primbee 28 to as small as you want to go in the shallows for fins 45 to 50 degree
