HSM 6.6 CA SL55 18 Delta, realised pretty early on I shoulda been on the bigger board as I was having trouble getting going and my left arm was pretty sore again after a bit of a lay off.

No bear aways at all as I could not really hang on when on port tack and a few times I almost let the boom go as it was hurting to hang on. Oh well what can you do? Nothing ........just sail.

A few of the regulars out enjoyng themselves, Tibor, Bruce, Frothie, Dave, Pete, Maui Paul and later on Matty and the boys.
