Quick early arvo sesh in the patchy NWer. The larger board and fin good for the lulls, and 7.0 was spot on in the gusts.

155 days ago 1 categories Cheeky sail at Foreshore Rd, Botany, NSW, AU, risking the Northerly swinging round late. 122L isonic (held together with carpet tape), 7.7m NP H2 (even more carpet tape!). Gusty? you could say that. The 7.7m was undercooked at 15 knots, then somewhat overcooked at 28kn, gusting 34kn (Red section). That explains the buffeting sensation and the overwhelming feeling of being out of control!!!
