Another enjoyable day, only wanted to do another 30km again, building up fitness. Thanks Andy for encouraging me, when I got to 5 mile the talk was light wind so I nearly went back to the love shack, so glad I went out as the wind started to build and was getting even better when I called it. I really enjoyed the powered U turns on the other side in the flat
