That was hard, after a long time out of the water. Managed to get a sail with Dave.

On the ON board and 5.4 Fusion sail. Had a great time thanks for pestering me Dave....... Laughing

AB+59 Tribal WS29 NP V8 6.2 NP Hellcat 5.7

Started on the 6.2 but it was way too much for the rough water and little me. Changed down to the 5.7 and it all became manageable, just! Ratz Drew Vic all out braving the wind rain chop & nature in general. No injuries and as the arvo arrived the wind had an increasing rest so we all had a much better time. Vic showed us all up again, such a machine withhis little sail & wave board he was always looking super comfy. Ratz had a batten failure and rigged smaller but was too small in the end. Drew was screaming ON Board the orange weapon & wave sail. I manages a few gybes but the rest at the eands made the next run doable.

Last NM run from kiters carpark to the end was a back leg burning screamer! Drew held his own without any problem at all. At the end he said 2-3km? , I laughed... 7.5km by car. woohoo! In the return (45min) we copped the wind change on the chin and beat as hiigh as we could the walked out to deep water trying not to disturb mermaidens or tread on crabs & rays. finally we got back to the car on a storm coming in lit and wanting to do another lap. No Way Dude!!

Happy with it all.

Nice work Drew!! I bet that hurt... how long since our last sail? Laughing

And great to see you back on the orange bullet putting out a new NM PB to boot! Considering your 2 sec, that was a superfast Nauti !

And I did pester him too. Glad you made it on the water rather than staying home painting your toe nails.
