Stanley, TAS, AU.  East Inlet, short blast in a tricky direction in the 3rd channel.

Dorans, TAS, AU

iSonic 67 | Mach2 7.0 | MK1 36

Fun sail at Dorans with Steve.  Probably should have gone to Marion, but was keen for a foil sail, so went to Dorans, but too windy (great) so went for a normal sail instead.

Marion Bay, TAS, AU

What an incredibly frustrating sail. Had myself set on doing an hour, but there was no wind over the other side half, no wind on the weed beds, and nearly 10 minutes of the hour I could do was plain dogging.

Marion Bay, TAS, AU

iS90, M2 7.0, Tribal weed 27

Tide high and coming in, nice NE which for some reason died over the canal end weed patch and faded somewhat about mid arvo.

Thinks larger board would have been a better choice.

Dorans, TAS, AU. JP 135 HFP, JP 71 and NP Evo 12 7.4.

Great sail with Dave with plenty of wind but hard to get good speeds. Started on the foil but was way over done on the 7.4. After a few bad crashes came in and changed the the slalom board.

Bummer Phil. My last sail at Marion was a dodgy one too. Doesn’t help when your trying for a good hr of power.

Can be a bit disheartening hey Kaz. Don't know if it's El Nino and La Nina interrupting the patterns, but Marion feels like it hasn't worked much in the last couple of years. I know there's been a couple of good days here and there, but they've typically happened during the week, which we can't help. But in any case, I don't think I've put in a complete hour down there since 2017/18.

This whole year has been pretty poor really. From memory, last year wasn't that good either. The foilers seemed to have had a lot more sails throughout the year in the lighter winds, don't know what to read of that at the moment.
