Albany, WA, AU. FF89/SCR7, thenSCR6.3. Forecast didn't really deliver, but all up still a fun day with a good bunch out on the water. Wind was all over the place, I ended up using 2 boards, 3 sails and 3 fins. High tide and choppy conditions, so difficult to get good speeds. Sorry about the Nauty BozLaughing

Liptons mid morning blow. was 20 to 25kts for about 20 mins got about 10 mins of it. On wrong gear tho coz at home it looked 12 to 18kts, so only bought my 7m and big Carbon Art 74/121, I only had a 25min window to sail bef a family BBQ in Perth.  That first 10 mins on the water I was way over=powered shoulda been on my 6.3m and Speedbaord.  Not a lot of flat water, as high tide with positive storm surge.  It was windy enough to do at least mid 30's in that level of chop, if had been flatter it was windy enough for high 30's.

Albany, WA, AU CA 61&66 KAR 7.1 fangy 24 the wind was a little late and didn’t really arrive till 3-ish A high tide so not smooth. The morning was very patchy with light rain squalls but enough to get going. I changed to the 66 which was better. There were seven visitors sailing and two locals, Gary was there early and left before and Cliff turned up after the breeze kicked in. I suppose there must be some advantage to be able to see the water from the kitchen window. Stretch was flying as usual, woody had to leave around lunch so missed the best of it. He was replaced by Reg who’s timing was impeccable and was going fast enough beat me in the 2 sec today (as did most people) all in all another salubrious Albany sailing session.
