I doubt that Firie or Cam will be posting today...I have seen obs showing Green Island at 9 knots and Cairns at 7 knots.     However the dam turned on a N/easter but only Lyn and I to enjoy it.   We actually could sail from one extreme to the other in a E/W direction (a rare occurrence).   I used Tiga x series 107l with Loft 02 6.6. (Can only guess wind speed but never overpowered)   Wind chop about as big as it gets and many times I thought I was having a enema......Roll on summer

Lyns Tracks

Used the Screamer 105l today and told Herb to rig my 5.9 Loft 02.     Good choice as the dam really turned on.   Hot and sunny and not a soul in sight.   Our longest reaches were in excess of 1 Nm which hardly ever happens.   We could plane in areas where usually we have to just dog around.   About 80 minutes we were both stuffed.   If only we could find a smooth area.   I love my life.

Well a PB always makes a sail worth while, even if it is choppy, congrats you two!

You've upped the team hour for the month as well.

Took Hardies advice today and just went for an ocean cruise with Dot, no GPS, no booties and no gloves.

Made a nice change.

Congratulations on the hours Herby and Lyn. I always thought it would be easier sailing on one tack for a while without having to gybe but I now realise that long runs have their own way of tiring the body. Cool
