Connewarre - Sonic 85, KA Koncept 5.0m and Lessacher chameleon 24cm Gusty and choppy - spent more time trying to keep the board on the water than pedal down. Had one exciting time when tail walked as a gust hit and spent a few anxious seconds studying starboard graphic on nose of board at close range before the beast sat back down again in the water.

Well I went down after work. I was on water for about 15 mins max. Had 3 small runs as I sorted out harness lines then had a massive spill and smashed boom. The 5.8 (even though I had a lot of downhaul) may have been a little big for the conditions lol. Did a few tail walks myself. Was a heap of fun till the break.

If no one else posts I will post what small numbers I have so at least something counts.

Only numbers I couls dream about Tonster, and a question for ya.  I'm an F2 Missile S rider, where do you recommend placing the mast foot in the mast track?  And is this dependent on water conditions such as amount and spacing of chop??

Hi Hardie, I'm a bit slack with track settings. I am most often on the 5.8 Koncept and run it sorta half way between the middle and the back. On the 6.6 I go about middle. I do the same at Connewarre where it a lot choppier. Some of the lighter guys run it a bit further forward if they are struggling to keep the nose down but thats not a problem for me.

cheers Tony
