Great arvo on the river. Started at Peli Pt on the SP50 CL27 and 6.6m. The wind picked up so decided to take the SP44/CL22 asy for a burn. After getting a 38 and a couple of 37s at Peli I thought Melville would be the go. But as luck would have it by the time I got there it was well gusty and dropping. First good run was a 39 on the dial finding a lucky gust right near the carpark. It was downhill from there. Did a couple more runs but it was way too patchy. Had a crack at an alpha but typical melville was low 20s for about 3 seconds and then coasting for the rest in ~15kts or less. All up a great day.

Top numbers John! Huge NM! Sorry I haven't called about the sail but not much work at the moment and I just had to replace a broken mast and boom. There goes the Kevin!

nice one guys! Spewing you missed it JC. Isaac was out there too... By the time we realised he was in trouble and were discussing rescue plans (where to get a boat at 7:30pm) he turned up with board only. Unfortunately he had to ditch his mast and sail. Bugger. Broken boom in the middle of the channel near como jetty. Thats a long swim in the dark.
