A good sail in the morning with my 4.4m and 95L board. At the very end I tried to go as fast as I could and ended up having the worst catapult ever. My footstrap came undone and I ripped off my toenailYell. But it was worth it - I think!

F2 SX small 80L with 5.0 Tushy Storm & 24cm weedy.

Hit Melville a bit late & copped the worst of it, maxed out on the 5.0Surprised

Watched Jesper as I packed up, he was smokin out the back, somehow he got back, de-rigged & posted before I even got home, I wasn't at the bottle-shop that longWink

Well done to the PBers & Cheryl don't worry, toe nails grow backLaughing

Great effort Southsiders.

I'm completely gobsmacked by Jesper's effort...got me fucked how anyone could crack a 37 out there today Surprised

Bigger cohones than me apparently...I was too overpowered to contemplate a bearaway in those 30-35K bullets.

Respect. Smile

Looking at the tracks Jesper's 37kn was in the early session but he still managed a 35+ in the late session & the water was rough & the wind was real gustySurprised

Buggered if I know how he got that Alpha in those conditionsSurprised

He makes it look so easyLaughing

Great work Cheryl and Jesper.Smile

Bogdog: i was on the freeway with big side breeze and kept thinking about Canning river as an option. Looks like its not as good as Melville beach. Good to see the data behind the theory.
