Melville, TR4 7.6, isonic 86, 30 choco. Not too bad out the back of the sand bar but had to hold my breath a few times in the shallow spots.

Spent alot time bobbing around out the back waiting for gusts but still good fun.

Exocet Cross 94L & Exocet Compact Move 84L with KA Koyote 5.3

Very Very gusty today & needed to do a bit of equipment tweaking, so no great achievements. Undecided

Nice to have wind & sun togetherLaughing

Mental Note - Screaming does not help when you are being flung around the front.Embarassed

Crabland. Futura 93, CR 6.5, Vector 36 - new model

It was a good sail there. Enjoyable on the easy Futura board.

Nice to meet a few of the mobbers there,,

Did the drive to mandurah .CR 5.4 and Isonic 86 slim.  And stupidly a 32cm pointer.

Enjoyed some nice long runs... without having to dodge boats, shop or wind lulls.  Then I managed to finda very thick pile of snot weed (surprisingly far from the beach) and had an apparantly very impressive catapult (as called by Elmo, thanks for checking on me).  My left knee took the bulk of the impact, so decided to play it safe and call it quits after that.  Bit stiff and bruised, but hoping I haven't done any real damage.  Was dissapointed as I think I was on track for a good 1 hour.

Be such a lovely place if we could get rid of the crabs, cobblers, rocks and snot weed.

F2 SX Medium, NP 6.2 RSS III, Choco 30, then JP V60.

Did not have a good day, the boom ended up in 3 bits going to the glue factory under the careful guidance of Steve S.

Never felt comfortable yesterday after a screaming good day the day before.

I think a bigger fin is required in the SX.

The JP was so much fun on the same fin even with the boom arms moving against the boom head.

Another day.

F2 Stoke 96L with KA Koyote 5.9M & stock 32cm fin.

Nice sail out the back in the rough consistant 31s with this setup.

Took out SAS' kit for a couple of runs & picked up a couple of knots effortlessly & nudeSurprised

F2 XSXS 80L wth NP Evo11 6.2M & 28cm Choco, nicely tuned by SASLaughing

Had some good 500M & 10 sec runs of 32+ so not just 2sec peaks.

Exocet Cross 106, Storm 5.5, Choco 36.

Fun Factor 0.

Just way too hairy for this little black duck.  Thought it best to leave the water with one less novice with everyone heading towards the same bouy all the time.

Thanks all,, (Jesper writing here)

Funny enough my first attempt of the 1 hour last year, (same place) I was going upwind as far as I could and then fanging downwind the whole way?

This time I was reaching the whole time (except the last 4-5min) The fin was quite big (36cm) but worked great to keep speed on a tighter angle.

There is also a lot to say for a easy riding board,,
