| Loomo (122km): 2 categories   Not one of the best sails... the breeze dropped out and I ended up swimming for about 30 minutes until there was enough wind to waterstart, then there was not enough wind to get back to base as the tide was going out, fortunately a bit of a gust came that allowed me to point up to base. Very patchy wind conditions, not ideal on a 55 wide 75 litre board. The sail was a 6.6, breeze 6 to 18. Wrong gear for the conditions. | ||||||||||||||||||

Michael Harris (1478km):  1 categories Shoal Bay in a very gusty SW'er of 12 - 20+ Kn ??? CA xr68, Profin 39, Simmer 07 7.0m. Just beam reaching in the sun. Nice to see so many others out. My fist session since injuring my back before xmas. Didn't want to overdo it so kept it short. No major pain so keen to do more. (Should have pruned that bloody tree by cutting it off at ground level!!) | ||||||||||||||||||
