Heat 6 - NSW Windsurfing Series. Wind was 8-10 Kts NE early on and strengthened to 18kts at the end of the day. Good fun racing with the FE+ guys.

Ramsgate 10-20 knots NE

Starboard 160, Severne SSR 10m, C3 fin

A great day's racing down at Ramsgate. My first formula race ever, and I ran out of wind at the tail of the fleet and finished with a commendable second last. Luckily the wind improved and so did my results, slowly climbing through the pack to finish a lucky third in race 4. Boy it's hard work. I didn't even enter the fifth race - no fuel left in the tank, and quit while you're still having fun! Let's see what tomorrow brings...

Nice to be sailing again. Didnt get out til after 2, fairly light but some just powered gusts. Managed to up my 7.8 PB by 1/2 a knot.

Happy with that. The JP is feeling better each time I ride it and trying different settings.

NSW Formual heats - Great day on the water first sail for a month, really feeling it in the limbs thats for sure.

Camping Weekend at Huskisson.  Popped round to Sanctuary Point - warmly welcomed by the locals.  Terrific day - first good one for a while.
