Couldn't make it down to burrum, so went on the manly side of wello on a se, was terrible, not enough wind,  not the right direction etc.

good practice on speed gear for 2 weeks. Good luck to burrum guys!

At Burrum and not really sure if I enjoyed the sail. Water was chocolate colour from all the rain making it impossible to see how close to the bank you can get. The wind didnt really come in untill water started coming over the bank. The f 26cm fin made it horrible getting up wind. Still a respectable MNSmile

First time at Burrum, got out late so the tide was already coming in, got a few runs along the bank before it dissapeared then just sailed in the chop for a while. First time on the new 6.3 blade as well, that sail feels very good and accelerates hard. Very happy with it.

Went for a trip to burrum and missed by a day ...

It looked promising at the begining but it died off a bit and wasnt sure what to rig so i decided to rig the 6.3 and that was a mistake , wind was light on the course at the beggining and after the tide started rushing in the wind picked up to 20 kts and still alot patchy , the water state started to get choppy so most of my runs had to  beare of into the channel and there were some certain points where the wind was not very exciting especially heading back upwind in the washing machine......

Not a very happy chap on this session should have listened to brad RIG BIGGER but i thought it would honk in unfortunatly not.

I think i got a NM pb but not that very excited due to lack of wind on the course.

But the good side of it was good to catch up with the guys and have a good laugh...
