Wonderful spring day and great conditions at the point. The weed beds started to really flatten out the water and the wind filled in nicely. Bit bummed about the NM as the wind died with 100 or so metres to go so had a gybe in in otherwise would have been a cracker!! Fun sailing with the lads and will post some pictures later..

Plans were to head to sandy tommorrow, but last minute work drama's messed that up. So thought i would join the boys at the point. Its been over three weeks since i was on the board, and ten days of food and drink in FNQ made for a hard sail, good conditions today and it was still cranking when we left, I don't normally like to leave early when its good but i think i need to go for a couple of runs for a while, burn of some of the holiday goodness.
