5126 days ago Made the long drive up to Burrow Beach in Dublin as the forecast looked awsome. Low tide was while it was still dark so that only left a 2 hour window where we could sail from first light but still the 400 mile round trip was worth it as i improved all my speeds for the year. Was absolutely stacked and massively overpowered at times where i could have easily got going on my 5.0m but just had to get on with it as there was no time to rig another sail. Used my I Sonic W53 for the first time and it's an awsome board. Called it a day after a big wipeout as i'm off to compete in the Speed World Cup event in Port St Louis next week and don't want to miss it though injury
Hopefully now this is the start of decent wind here in Ireland so time to make up for lost time with not having any decent wind for most of the year
