Windrider (12879km): OD5.4, Sonic85, Delta23. Early session at PW - off the water at 3:30 and back home by 4 . Gusty, but building through the afternoon (and looks like the late session will get good wind). Low tide, so happy to have the shallow draft of the Delta. No problems cranking it back upwind - the fin continues to shine. If only I hadn't rigged "soft" I might of actually tested some top end, but the acceleration still brings a smile!
Glenno (6595km): Melville Beach, WA, AU 94 iSonic, 5.8 RSS, 32 Choco. Quick after work sail , with a few of the team out.
Jay (15150km): Isonic 86/ Canefire 32, Code Red 6.5 at Melville from 3:45. Should have rigged the 7.0m2 - oh well. All in all a great sail. My new Canefire 32 is good no BRILLIANT! There just wasn't enough consistant wind to max out speed. The gusts were only about 100m long. I've done it! I've clocked up my first 1000ks.
wog (7938km): isoinc 86 ka 6.6 koncept 30cm finCool sail at melville, fanged up to PW for a couple of runs found there was as pressure on the bank at Melville Thanks for the welcome from the team Cheers
Nauli (21655km): CR 7.0; RRD X-F 102; Choco 34 @melville.beach.wa.au Pleasant after work session even though the breeze was going off as I hit the water. ...and a little PB to boot...excellent! Some of the team out. Couple of runs with Jay...good fun.
Annie (13417km): 5.9 KA Koyote & 94Lt Exocet Cross. Nice to have a quick after work sail Welcome wog - I can see another PB for distance next time you sail, good move Good one Nauli.
Nelson d Foiler (31390km): Exocet Cross 84L with KA Koncept 6.4M & 36cm Choco Had 2 good runs straight off over 30 & then the wind started to die, same like the last 2 days My regular exercise lately has been a triathalon, cycle in the morning, sail late arvo & walk of shame in the early evening It looked so promising, just can't get there early enough, fkn work The weekend forcast looks good & I'm aiming for a 30+ in open ocean, currently 29.133 Bring it on Huey!!!!!!!!!! Welcome Wog, nice start, run your tracks through KA72 to get your distance until we get you sorted. Good one Nauli |
