Got down to Melville at about 8.30 and saw what only could be discribed as a sad sight gusty and choppy and only a few out, not what the doctor ordered. Not very inviting.....

So decided to do a small road trip and was rewarded with 20+ and flat water

Slowie was out doing his usual low level flying passes and only a few kites

I can see what people were saying about the waves at the end of the strip it takes a very comitted man with a large set of balls to keep the power on till the end Slowie had his on but I must of left mine at home. Wind started dying of and I found that I was the last man standing, hard to catch a gust in the right place so decided to do a bit of freeriding out in the waves good fun except for the rocker line and keep on burying the rails.

Finally it died of to about 14 kts so packed up and headed home dropped into Melville on the way home and caught up with a few before rerigging and heading out for another blast...
