Not a lot of wind/no flat water but we were determined ....!!

Nice Light wind cruse with Cam at the Island, Wind was from the east making trips to and from Arlington nice and easy, no need for flat water today, not enough wind to get out of control.

Used Cams 7.8 np rsr evo2, Toodys isonic 121, with a 43 s10.

Lake Tinaroo, QLD, AU....Strange conditions today...weak SE wind on one side of dam and NE 1 klm away on north side.   Good to sail with Rossco.

6.6m Loft 02 and 120l Fatboy

Lake Tinaroo, QLD, AU....Rossco came to dam today, He hasn't had a sail for yonks....We rigged up and he was early to go out in almost nil wind.    Then we saw him get a bit of NE wind over the other side.     It took me 20 minutes at about 3 knots to go about 1 km and get on plane.    Immediately my harness strap slipped and after 2 runs I knew I had to change harnesses.   Another 15 minutes to punch back to base.    By this time Rossco was heading back in too.   Lyn done a few more reaches before she too gave it away and got rewarded with top speed for today.

Such a glorius day in paradise except for the wind.

Great to be on the water again even in some light winds. Was good to sail with Lyn, Herb and Derek  at a very  pleasant spot.

Good  to see Cptn Morgan and Cam get some good times at GI
