Tris Haskins (882km): Never worked so hard for a 35ish knot max in my life.... Very square - so only had a few chances of big slingshot bear offs.... pleased to get a max over 38 - just no chance of holding it for more than a few seconds as already 50m off the bank and super choppy.. Good to have some competition with Alex BB and Ady Howes Great session - totally knack'd now
benno (2236km): not the best session i knew 5.0 was too small but its new and was itching to use it, couldnt get going on the 44 changed to 50 couldnt get going on that was almost embarrissing but the wind picked up a few knots and the sail came alive by which time i was spent so bit of a shame the wind didnt come through earlier but hey. great to sail with tris...we'll do some kit swopping next time mate! carbonart sp50, koncept 5.0, ka 23sym
Mike G (11070km): Very patchy wind but a much needed opportunity to suss out the new board. Like the first outing, feels great in the gybes and accelerates well. Never really powered up enough to see how fast it can go! |
