Exocet Sting 134 / iSonic 97, Mauisails Titan 7.5/6.5 - Wind WNW 5-25 kts

Nice sunny westerly from speers point sailing club.  Unfortunately pretty gusty but happy to get over 30.  Good fun and good to catch up with the other Marmong boys who came over.

iSonic 125 Gaastra 6.0

A bit slow convincing myself to get cold but was worth it in the end. Should have got out sooner and I could played with the gear more. Next time.

Good to see several of the team members having a go in very up and down conditions.

Afternoon session with byron and hugh at bonnells bay.  Unfortunately I missed the windiest part of the day.  Wind was very gusty and patchy 10 - 25 max west/north west in very choppy conditions.  Very hard to get high speed in that stuff.  We were hoping for flatter water and more wind, but didn't happen.

Still great sail with the boys!

Bonnells Bay, NSW, AU 6.2m with 90l exosite board. was west to n/w 20 to 30 knots. I wnet to marmong on the way and it was not very windy so whent to bonnels bay. nice to sail with Steve and Hue. If only we can get a 40knot westerly as we can go up the bay further and it gets flater and thus faster.

well done greg.

I would like to try cantong beach but do not have a weed fin for my speed board. need a 22cm weed speed fin and a 32cm slalom weed fin.

Does any one have some cheap fins for sail?

Also after 38cm and 40 cm good slalom fins for my 111l slalom board.

Byron,

I have a 38cm caveman slalom like the other one you bought if interested.  Canton has some good speed runs but more importantly gets a more consistent westerly than most other spots.  But make sure the weed fin is no less than 45 degrees, you need it.
