Kurrimine Beach, QLD, AU.....The wind  here blew all night.    At 4am we had to get out of bed and roll up our awning.    This morning it was blowing 20 knots on the boat ramp and water surface looked very gnarley.     Mal Faulkner was sailing by 9am.    I decided to wait a while and let  it flatten.     A bit of dissension occurred when we discovered that a vital part of Lyn's rig was at home.      Anyway I finally got on water using my 90l Gunny Runner and 5.9m Loft 02.      I shared the water with Mal, Ross, Jason and KiterBob.    I learnt a few new ways tofall off.

Sunny and windy....What a combo....LTD...Living the Dream !!!!!

Kurrimine beach, Bic Saxo 270, Infinity 7.0, Select 34

Good to get the old bit of plastic on the water again and still enjoy it when the wind is up. Sailed with Herby, Mal and Jason and Bob the kiter.Nice day until we ran out of water.

Green Island, QLD, AU Great Day with strong SSE 25-30knots but massive tidal run so you had to be quick !!

Used the JP 50 Speed SS 23 & RSR E 4  5.8.Had 2 good Runs on the Eastern Run Before the water disappeared then waited for the Northen Run to start working .

Wind was really square on the Northern Run so couldnt get any real speed & then the mast snapped exiting a gybe tearing my near new E4 in the luff pocket -AHHRRRR 4th mast to break on me in the past 5/12.

Very happy with the board & sail -really nice combo for the occasional 25-30 knot days we get up here .

More wind predicted for the next 6 days !!

KA72, Holloways Beach, QLD, AU

Got off the plane 4.30 this morning, honeymooned with wife till she had to go to work arvo shift, then shot down to the beach late.

Wind picked up when I got there so all good, nice wind got my peak first run. The wind picked up a couple of notches at 5pm but I had to bail after a quick sail, too tired, too cold and too unfit, shame because some nice numbers were waiting.

Life's good, body surfing at Cottesloe WA one day and windsurfing FNQ the next, sweet Cool

CA SL58, 34 Venom, 6.8 Loft Blade and boardies of course, sweet comboWink

So close yet so far. As the tide dropped thought today was the day to break the 30kt hoodoo. Just as it was starting to look flat the wind dropped off ahhh. Great fun day though sailed with Herb, Rosco and Mal. 6.6 NP race, 110 JP excite ride
