Primbee, NSW, AU. A sweet westerly, up to 32 knots or so and down to about 10 knots. Amazing how much weed has grown in the last 2 weeks - a lot of weed clumps to avoidFrown

Started off on the W49/6.2 combo and set my best speed of the day almost immediately. Was on the edge with the 6.2, so decided to try out the small kit. Of course the wind backed off by the time I got back on the water! Starting to get a feel for the W44 but not enough wind, so took a lunch break and plugged the bpbf 50 fin into the W49 and got back out. The tide was a bit lower, so the water was a bit calmer, but hard to catch the gust in the right part of the flats. The weed was almost too much for the MXR 45 fin, but a little better on the 50. The wind picked up again later on so I switched back the the small kit - nearly bettered my top speed.

Great to see Wayno & Nathan and a good team turn out. Cool All in all a fun day.

SB W49,, SV R4 6.2, MXR UFO Weed 20, bpbf 20/50

SB W44, SV R4 5.0, MXR UFO Weed 18

Afternoon session after getting some photos of the crew in the morning (see the seabreeze windsurfing NSW forum for the photos).

Couldn't quite nail the nose of a gust in some really flat water.  Wind died progressively.  However for a day where I had consigned myself to not getting on the water, I couldn't be happier!  (Thanks Mrs E for coming home from your Girls weekend in Sydney early so I could hit the water!!!)
