a very quick blast before going in for nightshift.

conditions were right for a local p b but seemed to be sailing like gumby today.

lack of sleep could be something to do with it. also on a new board ,sail, fin combo

used a i sonic 86 slim a 28 leading edge pointer and a 5.6 severne reflex.

ISO76, X15 5.8m, 28cm Weedster. Good sail today, strong winds (20 -35+). All going well until I snapped my mast. The cost of a PB I guess!  Smile

Super smooth water due to a nice low tide. It was nuking as I arrived. ratz was on a 5.6m. I rigged up. First run got a 36.9display. it then dropped out and swung a bit more southerly. This made is hard work getting back to the top of the run. It then went ballistic and sat at 30+knts for appox 30mins. got three more runs all all with peaks of 37 and 38. Ran out of light. A couple more runs and a PB could have happended. Today was hollywood at Glory Holes. Spewing i couldn't have got down earlier. One happy Bender

Nice one Bender, we were thinking of coming down but got diverted to Safety Bay.

Damn, I'd like to have a go down there when it's really flat.

Thanks Ben. I'll be out again tomorrow with the 6.6 if it blows. Data file coming but can't afford a new gps as I have a new mast and a sail repair to pay for

Nice numbers Stretch. Pitty about the mast.....did Bender look at it? He's got the same track record with that snapping sound as I doWink.

Great to hear your local turned it on. Makes up for the skunked sessions.

Sorry Anita, but with the severe weather warning and all i never thought the tide would stay so low.
