4076 days ago Working up north and after a long, long drive from Emerald finally arrvied at Yeppoon to find it "blowing". With only my GPS I had to call on the generosity of Sausage would supplied me with a rig ASAP and we hit the water. Some big ramps out in the bay and we had some good runs but the wind faded quickly.

Dissapointing day, wind never got above 18kts, got there about 12.30, a few out planing in very gusty NW, rigged 7.0 loft on JP130,select41, got a couple of runs in then it dropped out then came in finally from N. Eventually enough to get out on starboard carve[33select, to small for 10-18kts] fun board to ride, obv not as fast as slaloms but comfy in chop & lovely to gybe, could sail all day on it. Out with Kelly,Greg,Anne,Neil,KenL,Eric,Chris,Hooray,Herbie& a few others

Mad dash after work to pick up my new boards from the depot .
headed straight to wello had too unpack the 2014 IS97 and put the staps on.
Finally got on the water wow what a diff feel this board has compared to my 2012 model.
Still need some more time on the board but it does feel loser in the tail but still has that starboard ride to it.
You can definitely run smaller fins on this board compared to the old one.
