I would like to claim the first and worst post for Dec 2013

Gear too small. Out too early and wind light and gusty SE-E. Too many other commitments today AAAAH

Manly, QLD, AU  Quick sail from R.Q. to test the waters and tide for next Sundays Waterloo Bay Cup Marathon. (see windsurfing Qld forum on seabreeze) Tide is the same as the start time for the race, 2.38m, just perfect for beach start.

Iso 117, warp 7m, 43choco. Now off to grandkids Xmas party.

Looking forward to seeing as many of our team make the trip to Manly next weekend.

First time with the this combo, woefully underpowered but stuck

with it as too lazy to change and hoped the wind would pick up,which it

did but only after i was nearly back at the boat ramp.

Great to see so many on the water at Burrum, Geoff,Don,Mark,Steve,

Trevor,Brad and Phil.

Uranga     And Arnold said it was going to be good.

Fun in the sun with Barbie mucking around with board and sail combos. Pretty stoked to finally get 30 knots on the lake! 

Would have been good to stay longer as the wind was building, but was time to head home. Another great trip to the Lake! A couple of pics from the session today...
