Peel St 15-20kts NE Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU

Got there and everyone rigging 6.6m so I rigged my 6m + 95 Rocket..grr next time I'll go back to the old system of looking at the graph and rigging what I usually do..Bit underdone . I'd usually rig the 6.6m on the 115 for that. Wind wasn't quite getting all the way into the flat stuff but better than last time. I hung off bearing off till I got closer to the flat so ended up not quite enough wind to get PB"s. Got 28.98 by GPS for 95 ltre which is a PB for that board.

I don't think I fell in once all sail!Surprised Boy it certainly makes you think your good sailing there..Wink.

Eventually came in and rigged the 115ltre Xcross with 6.6m sail. It had dropped off a bit by now but the gusts were ok. Boy that boards fun! Much livelier than the rocket and so forgiving..Think I've outgrown the Rocket ( at least in flatwater).

Got there 2ish not in the water till 3.25 as I rigged the 78ltre + 4.8m sail ready for the strong winds that never came but decided the 6m was more suited after someon came in and said it was about 15-18kts ( grr what  the Norah graph had said)

..zzz.. got a PB for distance at least.

Lots of people out - Adrian from Sydney ( 1st time here) , Pugsly , Pete, mick + millsy . Mat , Bruce, Tibor ,Damien , Paul , Wayne + others..

Doesn't look like I'm going to better the 31.69 this summer season..Cry

Nice photos Murray! Great speeds Murray!

Uncle Bruce will be happy to know that Murray submitted to the swab test - I did a double check of the tracks and they are all OK.  Well done Muz, great speed especially on that wide board!
